Cuttack (Kalinga Voice) : Director General of Police Sri Abhay today interacted with team of officers and men involved in the apprehension of Biban Biswal, the prime accused in the sensational Odisha gang rape case of 1999. DGP appreciated their hard work, dedication and appropriate use of scientific methods of investigation. CP, Cuttack-Bhubaneswar Sudhanshu Sadhangi , DCP, Cuttack were also present on the occasion to encourage the officers and men.
