WEST BENGAL BOUND TRAIN PASSENGERS SHOULD HAVE RTPCR NEGATIVE REPORT

Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : Going by the recent upsurge and high positivity rate and hence to restrict the Covid19 cases and to break the chain of infection, the Government of West Bengal has made mandatory RTPCR negative report of the passengers coming from other States.

Train Passengers from Other States going to anywhere in Wet Bengal should possess RTPCR Negative Report. The Test should have been conducted within 72 hours of departure of train from originating Stations.

Passengers from East Coast Railway jurisdiction going to any place of West Bengal are requested to take RTPCR Negative Report within 72 hours of boarding the train.

Passengers of trains originating from Puri, Bhubaneswar and Sambalpur, i.e., 02088 Puri-Howrah Special, 02202 Puri-Howrah Duronto Special, 02838 Puri-Howrah Special, 02074 Bhubaneswar-Howrah Special, 08306 Sambalpur-Howrah Special should have to bring RTPCR negative report with them for hassle free journey in pandemic situation.

These apart, passengers of through trains, passing through ECoR jurisdiction and providing stoppages in West Bengal area should have also to possess RTPCR negative report both at during boarding the trains and after getting down at their destinations
