Bhubaneswar(Kalinga Voice) : ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India), Odisha Facility established a dedicated 32-bed Covid Care Centre (CCC) at PelletPlant in the district of Jagatsinghpur for its employees and associates.
The CCC was inaugurated on Wednesday by Ms. BabitaSethy, Sarpanch, NuagarhPanchayat in presence of Mr. T S Shanbhogue, Executive Director, Mr. A S Prasad, Deputy Executive Director, Mr. P K Mohanty, Head-HR, AM/NS India.
Mr. T S Shanbhogue, Executive Director, AM/NS India, Odisha Facility said, “ As we, as a responsible corporate house have taken all precautionary measures as per the guidelines of Covid 19 to have zero casualties. We always take the top most priority towards the safety of people, its employees, and associates”.
Ms. Babita Sethy expressed her happiness over the arrangements made at CCC as per the COVID 19 guidelines of the State Government.
AM/NS India has been extending an all-out help to the district administration in the fight against Coronavirus pandemic. The Company has appointed two qualified ( MBBS ) medical officers and 8 paramedical staff for its CCC. The facility at CCC has other supporting infrastructures like oxygen Cylinders,oxy-meters, auto-hand sanitizers, medicine, and other basic amenities. AM/NS India has also a 12-bed isolation center. The company has an established SOP and guidelines across the business to control the spread of coronavirus. Moreover, AM/NS India is also following all directives of the statutory authorities.
