Tikiri(Kalinga Voice) : The 73rd Republic Day was celebrated in ABPS Osapada today virtually. The Principal of the school Mr. L.N. Dash hoisted the National Flag. Many children from Primary Classes delivered their speech on Republic Day. All the activities were coordinated by the School Captain, Ms. Kanchana Kumari Naik. The Principal, Mr. Dash appreciated the children for their performance filled with joy and patriotic feeling.
After the celebration of Republic Day, there was the inauguration of E-Exhibition of Social Science on the theme ‘HERITAGE OF INDIA’ by the Chief Guest, Mr. Mazharullah Beig, Unit Head of UAIL.
The exhibition was inaugurated with the Project of Ms. Hibah Beig, Class IX and Ms. Gresstenly Semili, Class IX. The other guests were Dr. Lopamudra Priyadarshini,Head-CSR and Mr. Kausiki Saran Misra, AVP-UAIL. On this occasion all the guests congratulated the school for clinching 1 st position in District Level Song competition by Ms. Sneha Swapna Dash, Class VIII.
Ms. Snehaswapna has been felicitated by Honorable Minister Mr. Dibya Shankar Mishra, Govt of Odisha & Chief Guest of the District Level function on the Republic Day held at Rayagada.
The Chief Guest and the other guests expressed their great satisfaction on different activities conducted by the school during the challenging time of pandemic. The Social Science Exhibition gave space to the projects of different participants from Classes VI to IX. Dr. Lopamudra Priyadarshini and Mr Kausiki Saran Misra were the judges of this exhibition. Principal, Mr Dash appreciated all the participants for making such great effort and preparation for the virtual exhibition. The judges also showed their great satisfaction on the commendable jobs done by the participants & school team.
