Writes the Unit Head for necessary action for smooth running of cases !!
Kashipur (Kalinga Voice): The Kashipur Bar Association has brought serious allegations against the law department official of Utkal Alumina (UAIL), Kashuipur of Rayagada district. The association has written a letter to the Unit Head of UAIL to take immediate steps to guide the said official for smooth running of cases of the company in different courts.
As per a letter received by us from a reliable source, The Kashipur Bar Association president has written that The misbehaving and adamant attitude of Utkal Alumina Law Department Officer Stupti Banerjee is on the rise. The Association further alleges that “she has been showing disrespect to the Bar Association (Kashipur) members from the day she joined Utkal Alumna. She is not cooperative and Cordial to the advocate friends who visit her and ring her for official legal purposes, . She behaves uncourteously when contacted over the phone, which is not to be expected from the legal officers of a company like Utkal Alumina” . so the association in its letter to the Unit Head of UAIL has asked to take immediate steps to guide the said official for smooth running of cases of the company in different courts .
When contacted on phone, The reaction of the said official or other company officials of UAIL is not available on this matter.
