Odisha is at the sixth position
Bhubaneswar(Kalinga Voice): India has progressively maintained a low Case Fatality Rate (1.7% today, compared to the global average of 3.28%). The aim is to achieve a national CFR of less than 1%. There are 17 States/UTs that are even today reporting mortality figures lower than 1%. Odisha Corona death rate much below the national average and it is at the sixth position with a death rate of bellow o.5% , where the national death rate is 1.7% today .
As per the imformatiom of the Health ministry, Mizoram has the lowest death rate of zero pecent , Goa daman and diu has a death rate of 0.08%, Arunachal pradesh 0.15%, Nagaland 0.24%, Sikkim 0.26%, Assam 0.29% , Kerala 0.40%, Odisha 0.43%, Bihar 0.51%, Manipur o.53%, Meghalaya 56%, Telengana o.62%, Himachal Pradesh 0.73%, Chhatisgarh 0.84%, AndhraPradesh 0.89%, Jharkhand 0.92% and Tripura 0.95% .
