Bhubaneswar: “Odisha created Budget Stabilization Fund (BSF), a first of its kind initiative in India, with a provision of INR 13,700 Cr in 2022-23 to meet unexpected revenue shortfall & budget deficit in future” , says Principal Secretary Finance, Govt. of Odisha Vishal Kumar Dev in a tweet.
Mr Dev further added, “Odisha consistently contained fiscal deficit within the FRBM limit of 3 percent of GSDP since 2005-06 to maintain macroeconomic stability & aid growth while ensuring adequate flow of funds for social sector and capital creation.”
