Rajya Sabha has adjourned sine die. The Lower House will meet at 6pm on Wednesday and is likely to cut short the session, sources said.
In Rahyasabha Members of the opposition continued to boycott proceedings of the house over the suspension of eight Rajya Sabha MPs and the central government’s refusal to their demand for withdrawing of the Agri bills passed earlier.
Congress Leader of Opposition in Rajya Sabha Ghulam Nabi Azad will meet President Ram Nath Kovind at 5 pm on Wednesday over the farm Bills and the suspension of the eight MPs.
