Bhubaneswar(Kalinga Voice): Today, with another blow to media house OTV and the Panda duo, Mr. Nihar Ranjan Bhuyan has resigned as OTV’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). Feeling insecure and getting no co-operation from the employer OTV especially from Baijayant and Jagi Panda in the ongoing legal battle, Mr. Bhuyan said to have resigned from his post.
