Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) – COVID19 cases crossed the 1000 mark in Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation Area with the highest single-day spike of 124 positives found in the Temple city. Out of the total 124cases, 72 are detected from the quarantine centers. The increase in local contacts has become a matter of big concern in the city. As many as 52 positive cases found from the local contacts. Total positive cases stand today at 1043 including 574 active cases. 457 persons are cured and discharged from COVID hospitals and 11 deaths have been reported till date, says a tweet from BMC
