Balasore 10.02.2025 – The Silver Jubilee of the Chandipur Golden Beach Festival was held from February 6th to 9th, and among the highlights of the event was the exclusive TPNODL stall, which drew significant attention. The stall served as an informative platform, where crucial details on electrical services were shared with the public, alongside raising awareness about the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. Additionally, visitors learned about TPNODL’s CSR initiatives and its excellence in various fields.
Balasore Sadar MLA, Manas Kumar Dutta, inaugurated the stall on the opening day and took the time to explore the wide array of services offered by TPNODL. On the same occasion, TPNODL’s Public Relations Officer, Chitta Ranjan Pradhan, was honored with an Excellence in Power Distribution Award by the State Law Minister, Prithviraj Hari Chandan, in recognition of the company’s commitment to exceptional power distribution services.
It is important to highlight that TPNODL is undertaking numerous transformative initiatives to not only ensure high-quality electricity services but also to uplift communities and bring consumers into the social mainstream. TPNODL’s CSR activities include providing education to underprivileged children, empowering youth through skill development programs, educating and training illiterate women, and offering basic healthcare services to rural populations through its mobile health van.
Many individuals who have received training from TPNODL’s skill development centers have successfully secured employment with multinational companies. The tailoring and beautician training provided to women have helped them become self-reliant, improving their livelihoods and contributing to their communities.
