Jajapur : Biju Patnaik National Steel Institute, under Ministry of steel, Govt. of India, Bhubaneswar has organised and conducted its third day of 4 days knowledge sharing workshop as part of its Professional Pre-Programme which has been commenced from 04.03.2025 to 07.03.2025 at VISA Steel Limited, Kalinga Nagar, Duburi.
In the first Session of the program, Dr. Itishree Rout delivered a lecture class on “Basics of Maintenance Management” and after that Prof. Isham Panigrahi delivered a lecture class on “Advanced Predictive Maintenance platform for steel plant using IoT, and Artificial Intelligence”.
Then, Prof. Brahma Deo, IIT, Bhubaneswar delivered an extensive class on “Advanced Maintenance Technology” through Vedio Conference to the working professionals of VISA Steel, Kalinga Nagar, Duburi.
In the afternoon session, Dr. Kiran Kanti Panda, EHS Consultant and former Head HSE, AM/NS India Limited(odisha facility) delivered the lecture class on Holistic approach to accident prevention in industries and Core values of a positive Safety culture, as third day of workshop at VISA Steel, Kalinga Nagar, Duburi, Jajpur, Odisha.
In today’s program, Miss Payal Sharma, from VISA Steel and Mr. Satyapriya Satapathy from Biju Patnaik National Steel Institute organised the whole program.
Finally, the workshop on 3rd day has been successfully completed.
