Bhubaneswar(Kalinga Voice) : Retired District Judge Kishore Chandra Mahapatra(88) passed away on Monday at his residence in Aerodrome Area, Bhubaneswar. He was suffering from COPD for last 2 years. Sri Mahapatra earlier worked as District and Session Judge of Keonjhar and Sundergarh and retired as Member, Disciplinary Proceedings Tribunal,Odisha in 1992. He also worked as President, District Consumer Redressal Forum in Dhenkanal,Angul and Khordha. He also functioned as Fast Track District Judge at Bhubaneswar.
