New Delhi (Kalinga Voice): Mr.Vinay Prabhakar Sahasrabuddhe has been reappointed as President of ICCR (Indian Council for Cultural Relations) by the President of India. He is reappointed for a period of three years which starts from 1st January 2021. Mr. Sahasrabuddhe is a Member of Parliament of India representing the state of Maharashtra in the Rajya Sabha. He is also serving as National Vice President of Bharatiya Janata Party. He heads BJP’s think tank Public Policy Research Centre. On his reappointment, Mr Sahasrabuddhe thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, External Affairs Minister Dr. S Jaishankar, and BJP President J P Nadda.
Union PNG and Steel Minister Dharmendra Pradhan congratulated Mr Sahasrabuddhe on his reappointment as President of ICCR. wishing him all the best Mr. Pradhan said” Mr Sahasrabuddhe’s endeavours in promoting cultural exchanges with other countries has further helped in developing mutual understanding and fostered vibrant relations with them.”
