Kashipur –Satya Nachika, a bright and hardworking student from the remote village of Singir Padar, Bankamba of Kashipur faced a life-changing tragedy when his father passed away in November 2024. His father was a marginal farmer. Despite the emotional pain and increasing financial burdens, Satya remained committed to his studies, determined to fulfill his father’s dream. Studying under difficult conditions with limited resources, he managed to crack the prestigious IIT Madras entrance exam—an incredible achievement for someone from his background.
To recognise Satya’s extraordinary determination and talent, Aditya Alumina Refinery ( A unit of Hindalco Industries Limited of Aditya Birla Group stepped forward to contribute in fulfilling Satya’s dream. Satya along with his widow mother and family were felicitated by the senior leadership of the organisation on a special occasion.
Finally, Satya’s March has begin from the remote village of Singiri Padar to IIT Madras, driven by a noble dream—to become a District Collector.”
