TPCODL Showcases Consumer-Centric Initiatives

Rourkela: The Energy Department, Government of Odisha, has set up a pavilion at the ongoing CII Enterprise Odisha Conclave in Rourkela to showcase Odisha’s energy vision. TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL) is proud to be a part of this pavilion, leveraging the platform to sensitize visiting consumers while promoting key government schemes and company-led initiatives.

The pavilion was inaugurated by the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Odisha, Shri Mohan Charan Majhi, in the august presence of Shri Bhawani Shankar Bhoi, Hon’ble Deputy Speaker, Odisha Legislative Assembly; Shri Sampad Chandra Swain, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Skill Development and Technical Education; Shri Durgacharana Tanti, Hon’ble MLA, Raghunathpali; Shri Hemant Sharma, IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, Government of Odisha, along with other senior officials, industry leaders and stakeholders. Through interactive displays and awareness sessions, TPCODL highlighted the benefits of Smart Metering and the PM Solar ULA Model, focusing on consumer empowerment, energy efficiency and sustainable power solutions. The initiatives aim to enhance transparency, improve service delivery and encourage the adoption of renewable energy among consumers. The Enterprise Odisha Conclave, now in its 25th edition, stands as a landmark platform celebrating Odisha’s journey in industrial growth, entrepreneurship, innovation and investment. Over the past two and a half decades, this flagship initiative has played a pivotal role in shaping policy dialogue, fostering collaborations, empowering MSMEs and start-ups and attracting new business opportunities across the state. TPCODL’s participation at the conclave reflects its continued commitment to supporting the Government of Odisha’s vision for a resilient, consumer-focused and sustainable power distribution ecosystem

Speaking on the occasion, Shri Arvind Singh, CEO, TP Central Odisha Distribution Limited (TPCODL), said, “The CII Enterprise Odisha Conclave is a significant platform to engage with industry leaders and policymakers.
