Bhubaneswar, May 18: The SOA Deemed to be University here has been conferred with the ‘CSR Excellence in Education’ award at the prestigious Competition Success Review Award event held at New Delhi on Sunday.
Prof. (Dr.) Manojranjan Nayak, Founder President of SOA Deemed to be University, was presented with the ‘CSR Eminent Founding Director of Leading Institute of India’ award on the occasion.
Besides, Institute of Technical Education and Research (ITER), SOA’s faculty of engineering and technology, was also conferred with the ‘CSR Leading Institute for Excellence in Career Development’ while its faculty of management sciences, Institute of Business and Computer Studies (IBCS), was presented the ‘CSR Top Leading Institute of India’ award. Besides, School of Hotel Management, SOA’s faculty of tourism and hospitality management, was chosen as ‘CSR Top Hotel Management Institute of India’.
Mr. Pritam Nayak, Officer on Special Duty to SOA’s Founder President Prof. (Dr.) Nayak, received the awards from Ms. Vandana Badhwar, Managing Director of CSR magazine. The prestigious event, which brought together distinguished academicians, university directors and education leaders from across the country, was also attended by Mr. S.K.Sachdeva, Chairman of CSR Group.
