Odisha – Mo Parivar’s assistance in bringing back the Mortal Remains of Odia Son Lalit from Netherlands

Bhubaneswar(Kalinga Voice) : A 36 year old software engineer, Lalit das son of Shri Prafulla Das from Baisinga village, Mayurbhanj breathed his last on 18th March 2021.His entire village plunged into mourning upon receiving the news.

Lalit was working in a private company at Hyderabad and was on-site at Netherlands since October 2020. He had his last telephonic conversation with his wife on 15th March 2021. After that he couldn’t be contacted over phone by his family members. On 18th March 2021 his family got a message regarding his demise from the Netherland Embassy.

Lalit’s friend informed this matter to Dr Debasish Marandi, Ex Chairman – SDC, Mayurbhanj and State General Secretary. Upon receiving the newsMLA, Jajpur and State Organizational Secretary, BJD Shri Pranab Prakash DasandDr Marandi informed Odisha-Mo Parivar for providing due assistance.

Odisha-Mo Parivar made all necessary arrangements to bring back the mortal remains of Lalit from Netherland to his native place. Dr Debasish Marandi and Shri Debasish Mohanty, Jeevan Bindu coordinator, Mayurbhanj received the mortal remains at International Airport Kolkata and further accompanied to transfer it in an ambulance to his native place with the help of Odisha-Mo Parivar.

Along with Shri Debasish Marandi, Shri Ganeswar Patra,Ex MLA, Badasahi, Shri Laxmi Singh, Block Chairman,Badashi and Shri Debasish Mohanty, Jeevan Bindu coordinator, Mayurbhanj also assisted in performance of the last rites. The family expressed their indebtedness towards the selfless service provided by Odisha-Mo Parivar.
