AWARD BY THE “WORLD QUALITY CONGRESS” AS “ MILL MANAGER OF THE YEAR“2020-21.
Rayagada (Saroj Kumar Sahu): Mr. Vinay Dwivedi, Executive Vice President (Works) of JK Paper Mills, Jaykaypur, Raygada had been presented “National Mill Manager-2020-21. This Award has been given by the “World Quality Congress”, Mumbai on 27th August 2021. The manufacturing unit of all sectors across the country participated. This programme was organized virtually.

Mr Dwivedi is a capable Leader who had run the plant smoothly during Pandemic with Govt Guideline and Covid Protocol.
When total country was in locked down during the First wave of Covid-19 Pandemic mostly Industrial units were closed excepting JK Paper Mills which was running with the production & at the end moment production activities was restricted for few days to comply with the Covid guidelines. When 1st wave started declined and locked down was lifted, JK Paper was the First Industrial unit to resume production as usually. This was only possible due to efficient management right mentorship.
Mr Dwivedi stated that product quality and learning are never-ending process. He also said that the process of Quality of product and learning will be continued in future also.
Mr Dwivedi had dedicated the Award to the team of JK Paper Mills. All the employees have express their happy after hering the Award conferred to Mr Dwivedi.
