PERMANENT OFFICE OF THE ODISHA REAL ESTATE APPEALLTE TRIBUNAL INAUGURATED

Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : Odisha Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Bhubaneswar which has temporarily started judicial functioning since 02.09.2020 at Zone-A/2, 4th Floor, Fortune Tower, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar-751023 has now ready to shift to its permanent office at A-1 Block, 7th Floor, Toshali Bhawan, Satyanagar.

The permanent office of the Tribunal has been Inaugurated today by Hon ‘ble Shri Justice Vineet Saran, Judge, Supreme Court of India in the presence of Hon’ble Dr. Justice S. Muralidhar, Chief Justice, High Court of Orissa & Honble Shri Justice S. C. Parija, Chairperson, Odisha Real Estate Appellate Tribunal.
The dignitaries from the State Government and Hon’ble High Court of Orissa graced the inaugural ceremony amongst others includes Shri Suresh Chandra Mahapatra, Chief Secretary, Govt. of Odisha, Shri G Mathi Vathanan, Principal Secretary, H & UD Dept., Govt. of Odisha, Shri Radha Krishna Pattanaik, Principal Secretary, Law Department, Govt. of Odisha, Shri Vishal Dev, Principal Secretary, Finance Deept., Dr. Krishan Kumar, Principal Secretary, Works Dept.-cum-CMD, IDCO, Shri Suresh Chandra Dalei, Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Culture Dept., Shri Sanjay Kumar Singh, Commissioner, BMC, Shri Ashok K. Meena, Principal Secretary, Panchayatiraj & Drinking Water Dept., Shri Bhupendra Singh Poonia, Executive Director, IDCO, Shri Chitaranjan Dash, Registrar General, High Court of Orissa and Shri Ashok Parija, Advocate General, Govt. of Odisha and Shri Soumendra Priyadarshi, Commissioner of police.


The officials of the Tribunal Shri Ishan Kumar Das, Member Judicial, Shri Malay Chattereee, Tech. & Administrative Member, Shri Akhil Kumar Paschimakabat, Registrar, Shri Madhusudhan Rout, Accounts Officer and the employees of the Tribunal have coordinated the event for its success.
The Government of Odisha in H & UD Department through its Odisha Urban Housing Missions (OUHM), Bhubaneswar has expeditiously provided al the administrative, financial and logistic supports for renovation and interior work of the permanent office and the work was swiftly executed by Industrial Infrastructure Development Corporation (IDCo), Bhubaneswar in spite of the restrictions of lockdown and shut down during the period of Covid-19 pandemic.
The Court and Office of the Tribunal will start functioning in its permanent office w.e.f 27.09.2021. The litigants, advocates, general public, and the Government & Non-Government Authorities are hereby requested to make correspondence when required in the following address w.e.f 27.09.2021.
