Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : The Hon’ble Ministers designated for hoisting the National Flag in Independence day ceremony in Puri and Ganjam have been advised for quarantine since a COVID Positive case was found to be in their close proximity during a meeting recently. Hence the collectors of Puri and Ganjam will hoist the National flag at the independence day ceremony in their respective districts.
