Ill-gotten cash of Rs. 4,65,000/- was recovered on the spot!
Nimapara/Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : Tahasildar and in-charge Sub-Registrar, Nimapada ,Dist-Puri Sri Rama Chandra Jena is caught in the vigilance trap today . Mr Jena was intercepted by Odisha Vigilance near his official residence at Nimapada, Puri Today i.e on 2.11.2021 at around 5AM and ill gotten cash of Rs. 4,65,000/- was recovered from him which he couldn’t account for satisfactorily.
Further during house search of his government quarter at Nimapada,an amount of Rs. 50,000/- has been recovered.
Simultaneous searches have been launched at his residence at Sec-11 CDA,Cuttack, his native place at Dhanmandal, Garadpur Block ,Dist-Kendrapara. The search operation is led by one Addl SP, Seven DSPs,Two Inspectors and other staff. Further report awaited.
