Airtel Extends Relief Measures for Flood-Affected Customers in West Bengal and Odisha

 Bhubaneswar, Oct 25:   In response to the disruption caused by Cyclone Dana’s landfall in Odisha and West Bengal, Airtel has implemented several relief measures to help customers stay connected during this difficult time.

Prepaid: For prepaid customers whose validity has expired and are unable to recharge, Airtel is providing 1.5 GB of free mobile data per day, along with unlimited calling. This benefit will be valid for 4 days.

Postpaid: Airtel is also extending the bill payment due dates for all postpaid customers by 7 days, ensuring uninterrupted access to mobile services.

ICR: Furthermore, Airtel has enabled Interconnect Roaming (ICR) across Odisha and Bengal to further ensure customers remain connected.

Airtel’s network teams and partners are working diligently to restore services despite challenges posed by power outages and disruptions to fuel supplies
