Berhampur, March: In an effort to combat environmental degradation and mitigate the impacts of climate change, TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) observed ‘Earth Hour.’
This encourages consumers to dedicate 60 minutes to the planet by powering down their lights from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM on 23rd March.
The response to this observation has been remarkable across TPSODL. Company’s call center also observed the hour dedicated to the earth. Moreover, employees supported the ‘Earth Hour’ in their homes and surroundings.
Additionally, TPSODL organized a series of events to create awareness at several Schools across Southern Odisha. Hundreds of students showed their creativity through posters and drawings spreading the message of sustainability.
