Bardwi Shikla Ladies Club Supports Students of Bhumki LP School with Winter Essentials

Bongaigaon: As part of the welfare initiatives of NTPC Bongaigaon, Bardwi Shikla Ladies Club distributed warm sweaters and school shoes to 88 students of Bhumki LP School, Kokrajhar, bringing smiles and comfort to the children as winter approaches.
The distribution programme was led by Smt. Kasturi Maitra, President, Bardwi Shikla Ladies Club, who was accompanied by club members, officials from HR Department, and the CSR Wing of NTPC Bongaigaon.

Speaking on the occasion, Smt. Kasturi Maitra shared that the club remains committed to supporting children’s well-being and promoting access to basic necessities that help them continue their education with dignity and confidence. She encouraged the students to focus on their studies and assured that NTPC Bongaigaon would continue to stand by the community in meaningful ways. Teachers of the school expressed heartfelt appreciation for the gesture, noting that such initiatives bring encouragement and enhance the learning environment for young children in rural areas.
