Four days long Workshop at VISA Steel, Kalinga Nagar, by BPNSI concluded successfully.

Jajapur : Biju Patnaik National Steel Institute, under Ministry of steel, Govt. of India, Bhubaneswar has organised and conducted 4 days knowledge sharing workshop as part of its Professional Pre-Programme which has been concluded successfully today at VISA Steel Limited, Kalinga Nagar, Duburi.

In the first Session of the program, Dr. Simanta Mohanty, Corporate Professional took an extensive session on “Getting ahead with emotional Intelligence” and in Afternoon Session, he taught on “Transactional Analysis ” to all the participants of VISA Steel, Kalinga Nagar, Duburi, Jajpur, Odisha.
In the valedictory session, Mr. Manoj Kumar, Managing Director of VISA Steel, Kalinga Nagar appreciated BPNSI for conducting this intensive four days training program for its young talent. He affirmed VISA Steels long-standing commitment to learning and development process. Dr. Simanta Mohanty spoke about the excellent facilities at VISA Steel and the highly engaged training. Mr. Sandip Mishra GM(HR) gave the vote of thanks and mentioned that the learning and development journey in VISA Steel.

Miss Payal Sharma, from VISA Steel and Mr. Satyapriya Satapathy and Mr. Abhaya Panigrahi from Biju Patnaik National Steel Institute organised the whole program.
