Bhubaneswar(Kalinga Voice) : Chief Minister Navin Pattanaik has dedicated 11 online services of the MSME Department to the public today under 5T initiative.
The State Government has been striving for providing all the government services and facilities to the public through online mode under the 5T initiative. Accordingly, 11 online services of MSME Department have been launched today by the Chief Minister in addition to 12 online services which are already in-vogue. This will enable the entrepreneurs of the state to avail of the services without approaching various Government offices.The online services launched today are Issue of EPM Registration Certificate ,Issue of Rate Contract Certificate,Issue of Test Report, Export related Assistant, Renewal of registration Certificate of MSEs, Pre & Post delivery inspection
Recommendation for Issue of Khadi Industries Certificate, Release of Rebate claims, Supply of materials to the various line department through consortium marketing, Issue of No Dues Certificate by OSFC and One time settlement by OSFC. These online services will be available at odishamsme.nic.in .
dedicating these eleven new online services of MSME Department developed under 5T initiative for the entrepreneurs of Odisha today CM said ” This will largely benefit the micro, small and medium entrepreneurs to avail the Government benefits and services in a hassle free manner and add on to the ease of doing business in this sector. As you know, we are pursuing transformative initiatives through use of appropriate IT solutions to ensure efficiency and transparency in the process.The overall improvement in governance mechanism has made Odisha a top destination for new investments.”
CM further said “Even during the pandemic, we are successful in attracting investments to the tune of Rs 1.17 Lakh Crore since February 2020 with an opportunity to create over 53 thousand jobs in varied sectors. My Government is committed to create an enabling environment for MSME enterprises and support them to realise their fullest potentiality as it is the real growth engine of our economy. As you are aware, the pandemic has created a phase of economic recession all around the world. The state economy is also facing a tough time and the MSMEs need support of the Government at this critical juncture. The state Govt will certainly help them to overcome the economic crisis they are passing through.”
CM Sri Pattanaik hoped that ,MSME Department should ensure that all eligible entrepreneurs are covered under various schemes implemented by the Government from time to time. The Department should also continue its thrust on use of new generation technology and innovation for bringing transformational changes in the MSME ecosystemin the state.
On the occasion, Divyashankar Mishra, Minister MSME said that under the direction of the Chief Minister, the state Department of Micro, Small and Medium Industries was committed to mobilizing the industries in this category and facilitating the employment of the working class.
The Principal Secretary of the Department, Mr. Satyabrata Sahu, delivered the welcome address and gave an overview of today’s program. The director of industry offered thanks. A short video clip of today’s online service was also shown on the occasion. Mr. Chinmay Sahu, Chairman, Odisha Small Industries Corporation, Mr. Sangram Paikraay, Chairman, Khadi Board, Mr. Asit Tripathi, Chief Secretary, Mr. Suresh Chandra Mohapatra, Development Commissioner, APC Mr. R.K.
