Bhubaneswar(Kalinga Voice) : The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is celebrating 76th year of magnificent existence on 1st July 2024 “Chartered Accountants Day”
During its 75 years of existence, the accountancy function continues to play a strategic role in providing value added services to the stakeholders and takes key leadership roles. We have been celebrating CA Day as a part of our tradition laid down by the forefathers of our profession.
The celebration began with a Marathon from ICAI Bhawan to Stewarts School, Plantation Drive and Swachh Bharat aviyaan, followed by the flag hoisting at ICAI Bhawan by Chairperson CA Janhabi Deo. Free EYE Check up Camp, Health check up camp was arranged for members & students. A Blood donation camp in association with AMA Odisha and AMA Odisha was also organized where 35 units of blood collected.
To commemorate the day a Seminar was organised on Work Life Balance for the Members and Students. Chief Guest CA. Radha Kishan Sharma, IPS, Addl. D. G of Police (Hdqrs.) Odisha, addressed the participants in presence of CA Janhabi Deo, Chairperson, CA. Mahendra Sahoo, Vice Chairman & CA. (Dr) Goutam Lenka, Secretary.
