Tikiri/Baikuntha Duria: The CBSE has made Aditya Birla Public School Doraguda as the Centre to conduct Term-1 examination for the students of Class-X this year.
With great difficulties, the students had been traveling 50 KMs to appear Board examination at Rayagada since 2016. The decision of making the school as home center has been appreciated by the parents, students and staff of the school.
In this occasion, the Unit Head and President, Mr. Mazharullah Beig extended his good wishes to all the students of ABPS. The HR Head, Mr, Rakesh Pratap Singh and Dr. Lopamudra Priyadarshini, Head-CSR encouraged the students to study well and perform best in their exam.
The Principal ABPS, Mr. L.N Dash extended his sincere thanks to the Regional Officer, CBSE for allowing the students to appear Board exam at their home center. The students need not visit Rayagada for 5-6 days to appear exam. Undoubtably, the students and parents got a great relief.
In his address, the Unit Head Mr. Beig conveyed about the completion of the construction work of new school building at Osapada Campus. With modern infrastructure, sports complex and well-equipped labs, the school will be a hub of learning in the undivided Koraput district of Odisha.
