As expected, we had active participation from a large number of surgeons and other doctors associated with the discipline,” Dr Kaur said. She added that the purpose of the workshop is to demonstrate different aspects of endoscopic surgeries and developing trends in the field.
“This will help both practicing surgeons and aspiring doctors to gain awareness on different surgical techniques. We believe the workshop has been an instructive platform to discuss cases and problems associated with endoscopic surgeries so that doctors can improve surgical skills. This will go a long way in positively influencing patient outcome,” Dr Kaur explained.
