Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : Shri Bibhuti Bhusan patnaik and prof Sudhansu Sekhar Rath have been appointed as member OPSC .
Shri Bibhuti Bhusan Patnaik, IAS retired as Ex-Registrar Co-Operative Societies on 31.07.2020, who was an able and efficient Administrator. He was served as Director, Tourism, Collector & DM, Jharsuguda.He was also Director, Welfare of PWDs under W&CD Department. Prior to that he had field experiences in many districts in various capacities. As Collector, Jharsuguda he had innovated and initiated several social and developmental projects for the welfare of poor and marginalized section of the society and reach out administration to the door step of the people.
Prof.(Dr.) Sudhanshu Sekhar Rath, Former first Vice Chancellor, Gangadhar Meher University, Sambalpur has profound knowledge and experiences in teaching and applied research in Economics, Finance, Management and allied subjects. He had also served as Officer on Special Duty of Gangadhar Meher University, Sambalpur and Registrar of Sambalpur University. During his career in Sambalpur University, he had also served as Director HRDC, Director DDCE, HoD Economics, Member Board of Studies, Member of Academic Council, Member of the Syndicate as DPI nominee, Member of Professional of Academic bodies, Member of Selection of Committee, Expert ‘JGC , Dean Social Sciences. He has published large number of articles in national and international journals of repute. He has also extended consultancy services to World Bank, UNDP, NIPFP, IIPA, etc. sponsored projects and supervised a good number of Ph.D scholars and D.lit scholars as well.
