Phulbani (Kalinga Voice) : Dr. Nisith Nisank Malu, Block Public Health Officer, CHC,Phiringia,Dist- Kandhamal, has been caught red-handed by officers of Vigilance,Berhampur Division today. He was caught red-handed while demanding and accepting illegal gratification ( bribe )of Rs.7,000/-(Rs.Seven thousand)from Sri Benupani Digal,MPHS(male), CHC, Phiringia,Dist- Kandhamal for passing his RCM & TA bills. The bribe money of Rs.7000/- has been recovered from the right side pant pocket of wearing full pant of Dr. Malu. The residential quarter of the accused Dr Malu at Phiringia is being searched.
