Celebrated HR Leader and Academic Mentor Dr. Debabrata Dash Inducted into Syndicate of Utkal University

Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : Dr. Debabrata Dash, a distinguished HR professional with over three decades of experience across diverse corporate sectors, has been inducted into the Syndicate of Utkal University, Odisha’s oldest and most prestigious institution. The Governor of Odisha, in recognition of Dr. Dash’s vast contributions to education and industry, nominated him for this esteemed position.
Dr. Dash is widely acknowledged for his deep commitment to youth development and academic excellence. A passionate mentor and career coach, he devotes his weekends to volunteering efforts, frequently engaging with students and academic communities across the state. His motivational addresses and insightful sessions have inspired thousands of young minds.
An academic achiever throughout his life, Dr. Dash was ranked among the top ten students during his 10th, 12th, graduation, and post-graduation. He completed his B.Tech from CET (OUTR), earned his post-graduate degree from the Xavier Institute of Management, and holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Utkal University.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Dr. Dash is also a prolific writer. His thought-provoking columns and articles appear regularly in nationally acclaimed newspapers and journals. He is also the author of “Radhanani”, a book that reflects his deep affection for Odia literature.
