Celebration of NIPUN Odisha Mission Launch and Logo Unveiling at Jharbandh Block Education Office

Jharbandh – : The Block Education Office (BEO) in Jharbandh witnessed a remarkable event today as the launch of the NIPUN Odisha Mission and the unveiling of its logo were celebrated with great enthusiasm. The conference hall was filled with a diverse gathering, including CRCCs, Cluster HQ Headmasters, Headmasters of UGHS, the CDPO, ICDS Block level coordinators, Zilla Parishad (ZP) members, ABEOs, and the entire staff of the BEO.
The event was graced by the presence of Block Education Officer (BEO) Subham Kumar Pati who presided over the proceedings. In his keynote address, he emphasized the significance of the NIPUN Odisha (National Initiative for Proficiency in Reading with Understanding and Numeracy) mission, which aims to ensure foundational literacy and numeracy skills in children by Class 3. He expressed optimism about the transformative impact the initiative will have on early childhood education in the region.The Assistant Block Education Officer (ABEO), Dayanidhi Kaibarta, provided an insightful overview of the objectives of the mission. He highlighted how NIPUN Odisha aligns with the National Education Policy and its critical role in fostering a robust educational framework at the grassroots level. Sushama Patel, the Child Development Project Officer (CDPO), spoke about the integrated efforts of various departments, including education and ICDS, in achieving the goals of the mission. She shared her belief that collaboration between different sectors is essential to ensure the holistic development of children in both rural and urban areas.Zilla Parishad (ZP) member Santosh Behera, commended the initiative and expressed his support for the mission. He urged local bodies and community members to actively participate in the success of this ambitious project.The unveiling of the NIPUN Odisha logo was the highlight of the event, symbolizing the formal launch of the mission in Jharbandh Block. The logo, representing the vision of ensuring every child becomes proficient in reading, writing, and arithmetic, was enthusiastically welcomed by the attendees.The event concluded with a vote of thanks to all the participants, particularly acknowledging the contributions of the CRCCs and headmasters for their commitment to implementing the mission at the grassroots level.
