Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : Chief Minister Sri Naveen Patnaik inaugurated LED street lights at Sai Mandir Square on Bhubaneswar-Tankapani Road. Such lighting arrangement from Palasuni Chhak to Lingipur Chhak covering 12 KMs of the road shall reduce expenditure on electricity consumption, said CM Sri Patnaik inaugurating this. Chief Minister further said that LED street lighting shall ensure safety of vehicle drivers and pedestrians and reduce criminal incidents.
Minister Urban Development and Housing Sri Pratap Jena, Minister Science and Technology Sri Ashok Chandra Panda, MLA Bhubaneswar Cetral Sri Ananta Narayan Jena, MLA Bhubaneswar North Sri Susanta Kumar Rout, Director, Municipal Administration, Sri Sangramjit Nayak and Commissioner, BMC Sri Premchand Chaudhary were present in the programme.
