Bhubaneswar(Kalinga Voice) : Chief Minister Naveen Pattanaik has sanctioned a medical advance worth Rs.10,00,000/-in favour of Sri Manas Ray, ORS, Addl. Tahasildar, Lakhanpur. Mr Ray is on support of ECMO in SUM Ultimate Medical Hospital, Bhubaneswar due to the severe condition of COVID-19.
