New Delhi (Kalinga Voice): India witnessed a Corona explosion today. Breaking all the previous records of infection and fatality, the highest single-day spike of 45,720 new cases & 1,129 deaths is reported in the country in the last 24 hrs. With this, India’s COVID19 case tally crosses 12 lakh mark Total #COVID19 positive cases stand at 12,38,635 including 4,26,167 active cases,.With the death of 1,129 persons in last 24 hours, the death tally reaches 29,861 and 7,82,606 persons have been cured/discharged/migrated till date, says Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
The total number of COVID19 samples tested up to 22nd July is 1,50,75,369 including 3,50,823 samples tested yesterday, says Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR)
