CSIR- Sports Promotion Board hosts 51st SSBMT – Third Zonal Football Tournament
Bhubaneswar: CSIR- Sports Promotion Board is hosting 51st SSBMT – Third Zonal Football Tournament amongst CSIR Labs./Institutions during September 1st – 3rd September, 2022 and we have been given the opportunity to organize this event at our institute.
There are 07 (Seven) football teams from different CSIR Labs./Institutions such as CSIR CIMFR, Dhanbad, CSIR-CECRI, Karaikudi, CSIR-CFTRI, Maysore, CSIR-NBRI, Lucknow, CSIR-NAL, Bangalore, CSIR-IMTECH, Chandigarh, CSIR-HQS, New Delhi, participating in this tournament.
The Inaugural Ceremony of this tournament was held today at CSIR-IMMT Campus Football Ground in the presence of Chief Guest former Captain of Indian Women’s National Football Team, and currently the Head Coach of Odisha Police Women’s Football Team Ms. Sradhanjali Samantaray
Prof S Basu, Director, CSIR-IMMT Bhubaneswar, Bamaprasad Bag, Sr Principal Scientists, Bankim Chandra Tripathy, Sr Principal Scientists, B. C. Sahoo, Controller of Administration and other dignitaries were present on this occasion.
