District Level Meeting of Mo College Abhijan held at Bhadrak Autonomous & Fakir Mohan Autonomous College

Bhubaneswar/ Bhadrak/ Balasore:: Mo College Abhijan Chairperson Shri Akash Dasnayak visited Bhadrak Autonomous College and Fakir Mohan Autonomous College of Balasore and attended the district meetings of the colleges.
In His Bhadrak visit he was accompanied by Hon’ble MLA Shri Sanjib Kumar Mallick. The college authorities showered a warm welcome on them. Addressing the Alumnis, Students and College authorities Shri Dasnayak said,“Bhadrak College was established on July 6th 1948 by renowned Ex and Late Chief Minister of Odisha Dr.Harekrushna Mahtab and Ex Governor of Maharashtra Shri Narendra Prasad Das and many other renowned persons. In current time Alumni like Shri Nirmalya Mahakud have been doing great job in offering Intellectual services to the students of the college. Every program under Mo College Abhijan will definitely make the development of the college a phenomenal affair.”
Hon’ble MLA Shri Sanjib Kumar Mallick stressed that Alumnus should connect to the college for its overall development as well as Its time to transform the College into the status of a University.
Mo College Coordinator Dr. Dhirendra Kumar Nayak introduced the guests and delivered the Welcome speech. Principal Dr. Subodh Chandra Mishra gave a detailed report on what kind of programs being undertaken by the college under Mo College Abhijan. The program was attended by District Collector Shri Siddheswar Baliram Bondar, College Students, Alumni Association members, College Staffs and various other district colleges. Department of Zoology’s HOD Dr. Durga Shankar Das proposed vote of thanks at the end of the program.
Shri Akash Dasnayak Chairperson of Mo College Abhijan also visited Fakir Mohan Autonomous College Balasore for another District level meeting. He was accompanied by Hon’ble MLA Shri Swarup Kumar Das where both of them were greeted warmly by NCC Cadets and College Students. College Alumni Association President Shri Pravas Choudhury along with other Alumnus were also present at the program.
Addressing the meeting Shri Akash Dasnayak praised the pious land of Balasore where many great personalities were born.He said,“ All the colleges in the district under Mo College Abhijan will prosper and it’s the duty of the Alumnus to connect to its Alma Mater for overall growth of Colleges.”
Hon’ble MLA Shri Swarup Kumar Das also encouraged the College authorities and the Alumnus members to work had in hand to make the College a complete success under Mo College Abhijan.
Principal Shri Dilip Kumar Ghosh stressed on the need for an combined efforts by Alumni, College authorities and Mo College Abhijan to make the college a thriving educational institution. Mo College Coordinator Dr. Abhijit Das conducted the meeting which was attended by 12 other district Colleges, Students and College Staffs.
