Bhubaneswar(Kalinga Voice) : : Dr Murali Manohar Sahoo has been awarded Ph.D. [Doctor of Philosophy] in Management by Amity University, Chhattisgarh. The topic of his research was, “Enhancing Employee Engagement through Employee Value Proposition for Improving Organizational Performance & Productivity [ A study on selected Core Indian Manufacturing Industries]”. He completed his research under the guidance of Dr Suresh Kumar Pattanayak and Prof. (Dr) Reshma Shrivastava. He expressed his gratitude to his mentors for invaluable direction.
Hailing from Kendrapara, Odisha, Dr Murali Manohar Sahoo is currently working as Head-HR Mining, ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India (AM/NS India) at Barbil in Keonjhar district, Odisha. Having spent more than 19 years in Human Resources Department in various corporate houses like Aditya Birla Group, Reliance ADAG,Asian Heart Institutes, Neco Group, Dr Sahoo learned the ropes in people management by developing unique skills or approaches and has succees.
In his professional journey Dr Sahoo received appreciation from 50+ National and International forums for his contribution in field of people management and innovative practices in workplace.
