● Walkathon organized to aware people on Diabetes
Bhubaneswar : To spread the awareness of Diabetes on the occasion of World Diabetes Day, Shri Manoj Sharma, General Manager, East Coast Railway inaugurated a healthy Diet Exhibition in presence of East Coast Railway Women’s Welfare Organisation (ECoRWWO) President Smt. Divya Sharma and other Senior Officials, Doctors and paramedical staff of Central Hospital headed by Chief Medical Director, Dr. Ashish Mukherjee. Medical experts were available for consultation and Fasting Blood Sugar Level test was conducted at Railway Central Hospital, Bhubaneswar.
Health Awareness Programme on Diabetes was organized at Central Hospital. A large number of Railway Employees & their family members including General public learnt about the diet system for the patients. Earlier, in the morning, General Manager Shri Sharma flagged off the Walkathon and led the Rally from Rail Sadan to Central Hospital to mark the occasion.
