Bhubaneswar : East Coast Railway Women’s Welfare Organisation (ECoRWWO) organised a Children Summer Camp at Rail Vihar to engage children particularly the wards of Railway Employees in this summer and to offer a wide range of creative activities.
Smt. Divya Sharma, President. ECoRWWO inaugurated the camp in presence of other members of the Organisation and encouraged children to expose their inherent qualities. Children in the camp will have a gala time playing with mud, sand, papers and vibrant colours with which they can express their feelings and emotions. Apart from this, children will learn by watching other camp mates and explore the hidden talents within themselves.
These apart, performing yoga & meditation, aerobics and other creative works like painting, art & crafts etc., music, dance will also be taught to the children to expose their inherent qualities in this wide platform. Besides the above, children will learn Self Defence and Fireless Cooking to maintain their life in day to day basis.
About 52 children of Railway Employees are participating in this summer camp. Experienced trainers in different fields are providing training to the children. Smt. Manmita Mandal, Secretary; Smt. Sanchita Naskar, Jt. Secretary; Smt. Bharati Ninawe, Treasurer and other members of ECoRWWO actively co-ordinating the events for the children in the summer camp.
