Exhibition tournament held By indian Gate ball Union in association with the Rotary District 3262 and Iconic Transformations

Bhubaneswar : An exhibition tournament was held By indian Gate ball Union at Bhubaneswar in association with the Rotary District 3262 and Iconic Transformations on the 10th of this month.

The tournament was participated by 3 teams from Rotary Club Bhubaneswar Namely Rotary Club North, having Ranjan Patra (Captain), Dilip Sarangi, Dr. Pradip Kumar Sahu, Anil Kumar Rath and Bitishree Behera; Rotary Club Phoenix with Girija Prasanna Nayak (Captain), Rudra Prasad Dhal, Amriksh Ojha, Sai Rameshwar Lenka, Salma Baski and Nirupama Swain; and Rotary Club Toshali with Biswa Ranjan Mishra (Captain), Azaj Ahmed, Bishnupriya Behera, Niranjan Mangaraj, Deep Narayan and Bidhubhushan Satpathy.

The tournament was inaugurated by Rotary District Governor Yagyanshis Mohapatra and Iconic Transformation founders Dr. Chidatmika Khatua, Dr. Sanjay Choudhury and Dr. Sheikh Abdul Samim.

Rotary Club Toshali was the champion, Rotary Club North was the first runner-up and Rotary Club Phoenix was the second runner-up. The tournament was conducted by Dwaipayan Patnaik, founder of Indian Gate Ball Union, Dr Umakanta Pani, president, Dr Sanjeev Parida, vice-president, and Sarat Patra, treasurer. At the end, the guests were felicitated with plants and mementos.
