Bhubaneswar(Kalinga Voice) : Shree Jagannatha Temple Administration has decided to set up a First Aid Centre in an air-conditioned Intermodal container near Shree Jagannath Temple to attend to medical exigencies of visitors/devotees, sevaks & Temple officials, informed Shree Jagannatha Temple Administration Chief Administrator, Dr. Krishan Kumar.
For emergency cases, provisions will be made to shift the patients to an advanced medical facility/hospital. The First Aid Centre will be manned by suitable & adequate medical staff & stocked with sufficient medical supplies with the help of District Headquarter Hospital. For smooth operations of the First-Aid Centre, one nodal officer will be appointed each by CDMO & the temple office.
The First Aid Centre will be inaugurated on 14th April, on the auspicious day of Mahabishuva Sankranti, said Dr. Kumar.
