ECoR General Manager felicitated employees for their commendable work while performing duties
Bhubaneswar, 26.05.2025 –In a commendable gesture recognizing dedication and vigilance, East Coast Railway (ECoR) General Manager Shri Parmeshwar Funkwal felicitated four Railway Employees for their outstanding performance and alertness in ensuring the safety and efficiency of train operations.
Sri Pujan Kumar, Track Maintainer at Titilagarh; Shri Dinesh Kumar, Track Maintainer at Matagajpur; Sri Jagadish Samal, Loco Pilot at Kendujhargarh and Shri Boddani Srinivasa Rao, Train Manager at Visakhapatnam have demonstrated exceptional alertness and exercised presence of mind during their routine duties, taking swift and effective action that contributed to the safe and smooth operation of trains.
While presenting the awards, Shri Funkwal lauded their commitment and hard work, particularly in the challenging and often demanding conditions under which railway personnel operate. He emphasized the crucial role played by frontline staff including Track Maintainers, Loco Pilots, Technicians and Station Operators in maintaining the safety and reliability of Railway Services.
