Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice) : Recently, a Mega Specialist Health Camp at Hirakud Govt Hospital was organised by Hindalco, Hirakud. Mr. Kailash Natha Pandey, Sambalpur Cluster Head, and Dr. Bharat Dash, ADMO, Family Planning Sambalpur, jointly inaugurated this Specialist camp. Mr Krishna Padhi, HR Head, Mr Debasis Mallik, Plant Head, Mr Pranjal Pathak, Power Plant Head, Mr Surjeet Mitra, FRP Head, and HR Odisha, Cluster Head Mr Satish Ananda, Finance Cluster Head Mr Sreenatha Mishra were among the senior executives who attended the health camp.
Dr. Dash, the ADMO, Sambalpur spoke at the event and praised Hindalco for organising such a specialist camp to care for the Hirakud public. He also mentioned that while he was in charge of Covid Sambalpur, he cannot forget the assistance Hindalco provided to the government during the covid tim. . Mr Kailash Pandey, Hindalco Cluster Head, stated during the inaugural programme that Hindalco will continue to engage in public welfare activities in the future. He underlined that local area development is a basic value of ours, and that we will adhere to it with zeal.
Mr Krishan Padhi, HR Head, explained how Hindalco is involved in the promotion of education, health, social, and sustainable development of the region through this programme. Since the Covid Pandemic pushed us to concentrate on medical grounds, It is now time for us to focus on the development of our community, and we are taking steps in that direction. And the CSR activity will be expanded with the support of the local community. The president of Sr. citizen Association Hirakud praised the efforts of Hindalco for caring the health of inhabitants of Hirakud. And requested Hindalco to continue such progarmmes in future also. Following all Covid-19 guidelines and in light of the fact that the people are going through difficult circumstances, the camp was organised with specialized treatment and free medicine to assist the general public.
Dr. Netra Nanda Dora, Dr.KeshabaBudulu (Medicine Department), Dr. Padmalaya Mishra, and Dr.Asuthosh Mishar participated in this Specialized Health Camp (Gynaecology) Chandan Marandi, Ph.D. ( Paediatrics) Dr. Ashish Kumar Nayak (Skin), Dr. Sunil Kumar Kar (Orthogeriatric), and E&NT doctors given treatment to 387 patients
Dr. Subrat Chatarjee, Hindalco’s Chief Medical Officer, and all of Hindalco Health Centre’s doctors participated and managed the health camp.
This programme is organised by all staff of Hindalco Health Centre and CSR Department employees, as well as in cooperation all Hirakud Govt. Medical Staffs & Doctors.
