Bhubaneswar : Vibrant youth leader of Biju Janata Dal Smt Mandakinee Kar is appointed as Chairperson, Odisha State Commission for protection of Child Rights ( OSCPCR). BJD secretary Mandakini Kar was previously a member of Odisha State Commission for protection of Child Rights.
