Bhubaneswar (Kalinga Voice): As per the recommendation of the Court of SDJM, Bhubaneswar, in CMC-434/2022, the case has been transferred to the District Mediation Centre,Bhubaneswar to counsel the matter amicably by the trained Mediator,available in the District Mediation Centre. Accordingly Smt. Soudamini Singh, Secretary, DLSA,Khordha at Bhubaneswar appointed an advocate–cum-trained mediator namely Pradeepta Kumar Pattnaik to mediate the matter between the parties. Mr. P.K. Patnaik called the applicant and had made attempt to mitigate their family dispute in presence of their wellwishers gathered there.
Both joint session and individual session have been here on 12.10.2022 between the parties in the above court case on the ADR complex, BBSR. After holding several attempts , the counsellors have been successful between the parties and both parties have agreed to stay together as husband and wife peacefully in the house of opposite partyi.e husband. Her husband will take care his wife , son, daughter and education and welfare of the family members and the OP No-1i.ehusband shall not involve any extra marital affairs with any lady as alleged by his wife and not misbehaviour to his wife and children and abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement stated there in . Accordingly the case round along with the parties placed before the Secretary-cum-co-ordinator, Dist. Mediation Centre, Bhubaneswar to examine their settlement and the Secretary, Smt. Soudamini Singh satisfied with the terms and conditions of the agreement and found successful.
