With the conclusion of the fifth phase of elections, the Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi-led government is already leading with over 300 seats. In the upcoming sixth and seventh phases, the public must ensure ‘400 Paar’ for Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji. For the people of Odisha, achieving ‘400 Paar’ is not the sole objective; they should also strive to secure 75+ seats in the state assembly elections. The election is not just about making India secure and prosperous but also about ensuring a prosperous and developed Odisha, reinstating respect for Odia literature and culture.

Shri Shah emphasized that each vote will contribute to re-electing Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji as the Prime Minister of India for the third times. Each vote will play a role in empowering the lives of the poor and tribals. Each vote will aid in making Odisha developed and prosperous. The Congress hasn’t done anything for Adivasis, whereas former Prime Minister Late Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee made a separate Tribal Affairs Minister. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has worked to eradicate Naxalism from Odisha, Telangana, and Andhra Pradesh. He also paid tribute to Bhagwan Birsa Munda by commemorating his birth anniversary as ‘Janjatiya Gaurav Diwas’. Next year, on the 125th anniversary, the Hon’ble Prime Minister plans to celebrate it as ‘Adivasi Gaurav Varsh’ across the country. Keonjhar is known for its rich mineral resources, but the public has not benefited due to the corrupt BJD government. The BJD government led by Naveen Patnaik imposed ‘Babushahi’ on Odisha. Naveen Babu has disrespected the culture and self-respect of the Odia people and literature. He highlighted instances where sacred sites and institutions were disrupted and attempts were made to halt the Jagannath Rath Yatra. However, Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji ensured that the Yatra continued with its traditional essence intact. Despite being one of India’s most prosperous states, Odisha harbors a significant population living in poverty. The state possesses abundant mineral resources, yet the Naveen Patnaik ‘Babu’s exploits these resources for personal gain. With the BJP government in power, there will be a focus on establishing a robust production chain to ensure that the wealth generated from these minerals benefits the common citizens of Odisha. The BJP is committed to developing Odisha to such an extent that no individual feels compelled to leave their family and migrate to other states in search of employment. He emphasized that under the BJP government, prosperity in Odisha would be ensured through the appointment of a diligent, youthful, and dynamic Chief Minister. However, the BJP has an unwavering commitment to the comprehensive development of every part of the state. In Puri rally, Union Home Minister said that Health schemes, education schemes and infrastructure has derailed in the government of Navin Patnaik.  Navin Patnaik must address the whereabouts of the keys to the Ratna Bhandar. Was a counterfeit key created? Was the Ratna Bhandar opened using this fake key, or was it left untouched? Furthermore, why is the inspection report of the Ratna Bhandar being concealed? If the BJP government assumes power in Odisha, they pledge to swiftly address those responsible for looting the treasure trove within 100 days. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi ji has taken a pledge, ‘Prosperous Odisha, Self-reliant Odisha, and Odisha at the forefront.’

When Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji started providing water, until then only three percent of the people here had water, and even today, 26 lakh families do not have water. Even today, 6,400 villages are cut off from roads, 8,000 schools have closed, and our Odisha ranks 29th on the ladder of development. In Odisha, Naveen Patnaik’s government is a “Jhola government”, because when Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji gives 5 kilograms of grain to the poor, Naveen Patnaik takes the credit by putting his name on the bag.

Shri Shah stated that if the BJP government comes to power, the BJP will showcase the accounts of every penny in the Ratna Bhandar of Prabhu Jagannath before the people of Odisha, through advertisements. The entire evaluation of the Ratna Bhandar will be done by the Reserve Bank of India and made public. Within 90 days of the BJP government coming to power, we will work on rectifying any discrepancies in the provident funds of bidi workers and Tendu Patta Pluckers. The BJP government will also work on converting a 500-bed hospital in Sambalpur into a medical college for the benefit of laborers. The BJP government will implement the “PESA Act” to empower tribal communities and prevent the selling of tribal lands, following the example of the Madhya Pradesh government. Modi government has established 740 Eklavya Model Residential schools in the country. Around 1,00,000 students are availing education in these schools. Around 40,000 teachers belonging to tribal communities were recruited setting a big milestone of tribal empowerment under the Modi government. Under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, free ration has been provided to 80 crore people. Additionally, 12 crore toilets have been constructed nationwide.

Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation pointed out that the Congress party kept the Ram Mandir issue unresolved for 70 years. Following Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji’s second term, the case was successfully resolved within five years, with the Bhoomi Poojan ceremony conducted, and the Pran Pratishtha of the Ram Lalla in Ayodhya on January 22nd. When the whole country was immersed in the celebration of Ram Navami, the government of the BJD in Odisha used to prevent Ram devotees from participating in the festivities. Shri Shah appealed to the people of Odisha, saying that this time, by electing a government with an absolute majority, give BJP a chance; we will work to improve the future of Odisha. Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji has worked to make this country safe and prosperous. Article 370 had been in place in Kashmir for so many years, leading to an increase in terrorism. However, Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji ended Article 370, thereby working to free the country from terrorism. The upcoming 25 years are crucial for India. Congress and the BJD cannot protect the country from epidemics like Corona, cannot give Pakistan a befitting reply, and cannot even take Chandrayaan to the moon. Only Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji can accomplish these tasks.

Shri Shah stated that Naveen Babu has made Odisha backward in 25 years. Twenty-five lakh people in Odisha still do not have a home, and approximately 26 lakh houses here lack access to drinking water. Forming a BJP government today, within two years, the BJP will ensure that every person has a house and access to drinking water. Wherever there is a BJP government, the price for paddy crops is ₹3,100 per quintal, but Naveen Babu does not provide this to farmers. After the BJP’s victory, the government will ensure ₹3,100 per quintal for paddy crops. As Naveen Patnaik has grown older, he is unable to provide government jobs for Adivasi people. However, a youthful and dynamic BJP Chief Minister will ensure 1.50 lakh government jobs for Adivasi youth. Industrial corridors will be built in Rourkela and Sambalpur, and IT parks will be established in Bhubaneswar, Rourkela, Brahmapur, and Balasore. More than 15 lakh houses will be constructed, and the government will also provide ₹5 lakh health coverage under Ayushman Bharat. The public has entrusted Naveen Babu for 25 years; now, give just 5 years to Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi Ji, and we will elevate Odisha to become the number one state in India.

Hon’ble Union Home Minister & Minister of Cooperation, while addressing the people of Odisha, urged them by stating that the current administration in Odisha, led by Naveen Patnaik, does not do anything for the state and that it is the Babu culture that is running Odisha. Therefore, this time, the people of Odisha should elect a leader of the soil as their Chief Minister because governance cannot be run through dynastic rule, and only the BJP government can accomplish this task. Shri Shah appealed to the people to vote for local BJP legislators and MP candidates to establish a double-engine BJP government in Odisha.
