Bhubaneswar(Kalinga Voice) : In the fight against COVID, Odisha achieved a milestone in testing . The state has crossed four million COVID-19 tests figure. It is achieved due to the continuous endeavor of the state government in Scaling up testing facilities.
Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has expressed his pleasure over the achievement. In a Tweet CM says “Glad to share that Odisha has reached the milestone of 4 million #COVID19 tests. Appreciate the hard work and sacrifice of our Covid Warrior healthcare personnel and all those working tirelessly to ramp up testing, strengthening Odisha’s fight against the pandemic”,
As per the information provided by the state Health and Family Welfare department, Odisha has conducted 4001065 COVID-19 tests till date. The total number of corona positive cases in the State stand at 266345, of which 23786 are active cases. As of now 241385 persons are recovered.
